Brooks City-Base is a research and technology center that is
being developed as a flexible, mixed-use property. The
Brooks Development Authority Master Plan has evolved several
times over the past four years to meet changing market
conditions, with the most recent version being reviewed by
internationally renowned urban planners, Cyril B. Paumier
and J. “Kipp” Shrack. |
