The Landings at Brooks City-Base

Construction has started at Brooks City-Base on a new $27 million multi-family development that will offer high-end living on San Antonio’s Southside. The development will be owned by Brooks Development Authority (BDA) and the NRP Group will be the co-developer.  NRP Group is a full-service developer, general contractor, and property manager. The new development, spanning 15 acres, is located at the corner of South New Braunfels and Sidney Brooks.
The first phase of development will be comprised of 300 units of multi-family housing.  Stay tuned for updates on construction progress and leasing information.
