Discover a new era of innovation and enterprise at Brooks City-Base
Work With Us
The contracting and procurement activities at Brooks City-Base are modeled after the State of Texas and the City of San Antonio. In general, these include identifying the best value for the buyer – in this case, the Brooks Development Authority (BDA) – and fair, open opportunity for all qualified, capable providers.
The BDA board also adopted the city’s small and minority business policy, which awards businesses that are certified by the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency as disadvantaged, minority, or female-owned, among other distinctions. If your business meets one or more of these criteria, you may be eligible for additional opportunities and incentives.
For more information about opportunities with the Brooks Development Authority, please visit our Bid Opportunities orEmployment page.
